Purchase of DermaWand® or DermaWand® Pro

When purchasing a DermaWand® or DermaWand® Pro with Pre-Face Treatment and Skin Quench, the full payment along with any applicable shipping and handling fees will be charged to your card at the time of purchase. If you are unsatisfied and are within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.

Important Notice: Processing and handling fees are non-refundable. Applicable taxes will be added to orders from AZ, CA, GA, NV, NY, and PA. Canadian orders will also be subject to the appropriate sales tax.

DermaLuxe Club Membership

The DermaLuxe Club Membership is a subscription program with recurring shipping and billing every 30 days. You can easily manage your membership—whether it’s to cancel, delay, or extend—by contacting customer service or adjusting your preferences through your online account.

Please be advised: Failure to manage your subscription or notify customer service may result in continued charges. Processing and handling fees remain non-refundable.

Referral Program

The DermaWand® Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with an active account. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms. As a referrer, you can share your unique referral link with friends. When your referred friend uses that link to make their first qualifying purchase of any DermaWand® device, they’ll receive $50 off, and you’ll receive a $20 store credit after their order is successfully completed.

A qualifying purchase must be the referred friend’s first-ever DermaWand® order, must be paid in full, and must not be canceled or returned. Referrals made to yourself, to members of the same household, or involving shared payment methods are not eligible. The $20 store credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and can only be used toward future purchases on the DermaWand® website.

DermaWand® reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and to disqualify any
participant engaged in fraud or abuse. We may modify or end this program at any time without notice. Credits issued prior to any termination remain valid under standard terms. For assistance, email us at service@brandstreetmarket.com.

Mobile Messaging (SMS):

Brand Street Market mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Brand Street Market ("Brand Street Market", "DermaWand", "we", or "Us").  Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms").  We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Brand Street Market's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Brand Street Market your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.  Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.  Services-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).  Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Brand Street Market.  Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.  Message frequency varies.  Message and data rates apply.  Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.  You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time.  Text the single keyword command STOP in response to any SMS/text communication or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel.  You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.  No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.  If you have subscribed to other Brand Street Market mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.  You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or other communications you send to a telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
