Warranty and Bulb Replacement
Warranty: DermaWand® is a professional at-home anti-aging device with advanced technology that is subjected to strict quality control by the manufacturer. We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all devices valid for one year from the date of the original purchase. This policy warrants support for both DermaWand® and DermaWand® Pro should any defects attributable to the manufacturer be found. In such a case, you are entitled to make full use of the benefits of this warranty.
If you are experiencing issues with your device, please give our customer service team a call at 1-800-390-9584. Our agents are trained experts and will be able to assist with troubleshooting the device. Should a defect be found, we will send a replacement free of charge for up to one year after verified purchase. Please note there is a $9.95 shipping fee on replacement devices.
While our basic warranty covers the device for one year, we offer extended warranty plans at checkout. These plans cover the device for an extended two or five years.
Bulb Replacement: Please note that the bulb is not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, however, we understand that accidents happen. Because of this, we’ve created a bulb replacement program for both the DermaWand® and DermaWand® Pro. If, for any reason, the bulb is broken, please give our customer service team a call at 1-800-390-9584. Our agents will be able to assist with a replacement for a fee of $44.95 for the DermaWand® and $64.95 for the DermaWand® Pro plus shipping.
